Libby Fordham

Communicator, Strategist, Creative –  Libby opted for a portfolio career at 23 in order to develop a unique set of talents and work to suit her interests. She has consulted both in Australia and internationally in all facets of corporate communications, including strategy, reputation, media, government relations and change management, engaged by government, business, community and the not-for-profit sectors. She is a skilled communicator able to operate at the highest level of business and government as well as with front-line teams.

Her superpower is her ability to quickly understand complex information and situations to assist leaders and teams to problem solve and simplify engagement and communication to support and create positive change. Libby brings energy and leadership to stakeholder groups to support alignment and productivity helping them to achieve mutual goals and deepen relationships. She is also engaged to facilitate and provide advice regarding governance, due diligence and process to support organisational transparency and reputation.

Libby has worked alongside Prime Ministers, Federal Ministers, famous oracles, community leaders and the people on the street. In 2019 she was Commissioner of the Commercial Passenger Vehicles, Victoria. Libby has lectured and delivered masterclasses in social media and corporate communications for both business and educational institutions, including the University of Melbourne, and run smaller community-based workshops to support small businesses. She has also been an agent, publicist, television panelist, a book reviewer, spokesperson, ghostwriter, speechwriter and columnist over her diverse and successful career.
