Our world is changing and we are changing with it. More than ever, we need to begin to think and create real action in the world we live in.

It  is not alright to just stay in an ignorant place anymore.

Like consumers and the general public the world over, we too have noticed the change in how business uses its communication.

Companies spending more time working to hide information than share it

Cross purpose agendas discrediting causes doing the good work, once the responsibility of governments, but now being delivered by non-government organisations and the not-for-profit sector.

The emphasis on fear and negativity throughout the media spurned on by the influence of who has the big dollars.

Dog-whistling, weasel words and spun answers, all now widely recognised by many in the global community with disdain.

Stakeholder relations still handled without open dialogue or transparency, often just conducted to tick a box instead of develop change.

It’s made us rethink our business and our craft.

We can either be part of the problem or part of the solution. Naturally, we chose the latter.

We decided that we didn’t want to be involved in something that rated lower than low; PR was never something we considered to be the dark arts.

Besides, we don’t want to live in a world that only operates on money to the detriment of its people, their communities and the planet we live on.

We also don’t want to work with organisations that look only at profit and ignore people, social justice and the planet.

We also know that a lot of the changes affecting this world will only come by recognising the changing values apparent now across the globe.  Generations come and go and we have a responsibility to look further than next year or just the next decade. We need to look further than just ‘us’.

We want to be part of a more conscious world and use our knowledge and skills to create a world we can be proud of.
